Return & Refund Policy – ArtroVive

1. Eligible Refunds

We only provide refunds under the following conditions:

  • Product arrives damaged.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not available if:

  • The customer simply changes their mind or the product is not as expected.

  • Product is purchased during promotional sales or clearance (including discounts , Christmas, Black Friday).

  • Delays due to shipping or carrier issues.

3. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at Support@artrovive.com with:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photo evidence (if product is damaged)

4. Refund Process

  • We will verify the claim and, if eligible, issue a refund to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

  • Refunds do not include shipping costs.
