1. Eligible Refunds
We only provide refunds under the following conditions:

Product arrives damaged.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are not available if:

The customer simply changes their mind or the product is not as expected.

Product is purchased during promotional sales or clearance (including discounts , Christmas, Black Friday).

Delays due to shipping or carrier issues.
3. Requesting a Refund

4. Refund Process

We will verify the claim and, if eligible, issue a refund to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Refunds do not include shipping costs.
