1. Shipping Time

• Standard delivery: 7–10 business days.

• During high-demand periods or promotions, deliveries may take longer.

• ⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTICE ⏳ Due to high order volume, shipping times may be slightly delayed. Standard delivery is 7–10 business days, but during special promotions or peak periods it may take a little longer. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

2. Responsibility

• ArtroVive is not responsible for delays or issues caused by the delivery company.

• If a package is marked delivered and signed for by the carrier, it is the customer’s responsibility to resolve any issues with the carrier.

3. Tracking

All orders are provided with tracking numbers when available. Customers can monitor their shipment directly with the carrier.

4. Shipping Charges

• International shipping fees, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.
